This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. On average, shipping times are about 3-6 business days. Weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can cause delay. If you live out of the lower 48 states, you will need to call us to accurate shipping costs, 1-800-875-1533. LIFTGATE SHIPMENT DETAILS
This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment with curbside delivery, with a lift gate. This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. On average, shipping times are about 3-6 business days. The driver is required to get the machine under cover as long as there are no stairs to negotiate. (LIFTGATE SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES) Once we have confirmation that this unit has shipped, we will forward the tracking information so you can proactively schedule a delivery time.
FIRST-CLASS SHIPMENT DETAILS
This is a First-Class shipment with delivery to any room in your house with a maximum of 21 stairs. (FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES) Delivery time varies between 4-8 business days. The Shipping Company will call in advance to schedule delivery. Customer will also be emailed tracking information to proactively track the shipment.
OBVIOUS SHIPPING DAMAGE
At the time of delivery if you receive a product that has obvious shipping damage… refuse the delivery and note, “Refused Due To Damage,” on the delivery receipt. Then immediately call us at 1-800-875-1533 to have a replacement product shipped to you.
CONCEALED DAMAGE
Occasionally products are damaged in shipment that is not noticed at the time of delivery. You should immediately inspect the product for shipping damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-800-875-1533 to report the damage. If you do not contact us within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company, and FJS Distributors, will not be held liable for any damage to the unit.
